I had not. I had not in fact thought of him recently until yesterday morning when I was staring at my word document thinking “oh what’s the use, I’ll never be any good” and distant memory of an agitated white bearded man attempting to herd thirty odd kids through the experience of writing a short story popped into my head. I might try though, see if I can get a hold of someone at Scottish Book Trust who knows how to get hold of him 🙂
