Gelatin in
space!  Looks a bit like a tadpole when
it is floating around, but I promise it was a tasty treat for us on the Space
Station.  The food lab prepared drink
bags with gelatin mix inside, and I made gelatin for the crew. It is very
tempting to play with your food when it floats.
