HRC was right: single payer is not feasible. Big ideas are important and necessary and so is the conversation but reality is also a key part of the equation.

We need the Senate to focus on saving the ACA and then we need to fix it. We can get a public option. Chris Murphy’s bill gets us part of the way there. Let’s get some momentum around that.
