I was laid off at the end of May 2017 and dropped onto unemployment. Despite pushing my resume, applying everywhere, and joining employment agencies I wasn’t getting anywhere. I was dropping into a hole.

I managed to get drivers training and get employment as a school bus driver. But after six months the financial pit I was in was steep walled, and because I have to work around my disabled son’s schedule and don’t have enough for better sitting, I can only work part time. And at the end of December when all the schools had off? I had no money coming in.

To even get out of the hole of old bills and debts I need about $5050.00.

But what I need right now as a single mom of a disabled kid to keep living indoors is about $2000.00

That would cover the rent I couldn’t pay this month ($1000), fix the brakes on our only transportation to work which are starting to make grinding noises ($558), and pay down the electric and gas bills.

If you can offer anything, we would appreciate it. Any little bit helps, even just reposting this. I have to about the 20th before the office starts eviction procedures.
