Original article in Chinese, translation into English (please excuse any mistakes, full translation under the cut):
Interviewer: Who is the funniest in private?
Sebastian Stan: [points to Chris Evans] He and Anthony (Falcon) tie for first.
Chris Evans: Mackie (Falcon) is first. Mackie is especially funny. He bring a lot of positive energy to set. Always laughing, always joking (telling funny stories). Paul (Antman) is also really funny. But Don (War Machine) is also amusing. Don is like a breath of fresh air. He always has a smile on his face. But Mackie is the most unique.I: I asked Anthony the same question, he said Paul and Sebastian.
CE: [looks at Sebastian] Oh ho~~~
SS: Anthony and I have a great relationship.I: China has a classic question regarding relationships between people, which is if two people you care about fall into the water, who do you rescue? So, if Iron Man and Bucky both find themselves in danger at the same time, who would Captain America save first?
CE: Oh haha, I think that he would save Bucky, definitely. Because the two of them have many years of friendship. Bucky is his friend from childhood. Bucky took care of him when he needed help.

Here’s How to Get Arms Like Captain America’s ‘Winter Soldier’ | Maxim
After causing havoc for his former best friend Steve Rogers, the Winter Soldier has apparently come to his senses when we see him in Captain America: Civil War. Fitness expert and personal trainer Don Saladino of Drive495— and the guy who trains the ‘Winter Soldier’himself, Sebastian Stan — shared his expert tips on how he got the 33-year old actor in tip-top shape for the role. By following his guidelines and expertise, you’ll be calling yourself a superhero in no time.
“We liked focusing on bringing out Sebastian’s shoulders as well,” says Saladino. “Even though this was an arm routine, the shoulders do get hit substantially with close grip bench and dips. This worked out pretty nicely for him when doing his training for the role."

A gap in coverage
Kevin Feige apparently forgot to send the Marvel Snipers up to Toronto for TIFF because Collider got to ask Sebastian Stan, up there for The Martian, questions about Captain America: Civil War and he did not no-comment his way out of it.
Most of it is fanboying over CA:TWS, but of note for the future:
* The Ant-Man post-credits scene is a straight-up excerpt from CA:CW and, Stan estimates, it’s probably mid-movie.
* Nobody is sure which side the Winter Soldier/Bucky Barnes is on, he says. Presumably, this is not a confusion that lasts forever, but in light of the above, it is maybe a confusion that lasts for the first half of the movie. Maybe all of it.
* He explicitly states that CA:CW is not Avengers 2.5, but instead a Russos-shaped Cap movie.
* And, on the aesthetics front, the look he’s currently sporting is Marvel-required (presumably for reshoots) and he’d kinda like to cut his hair.

Now streaming on Picarto! I’ll be painting a color palette meme of Bucky. 🙂
awesome stream still going on!
Joe Russo: We always said that the whole movie lives or dies on that last scene between him and Bucky. You know, this third act is a fait accompli in a way. It’s a superhero movie.
Steve McFeely: I suspect he will win.
Joe Russo: The expectation is that he will win. But the real story is will he win Bucky, will he save his friend, will his friend kill him, will he have to kill his friend? The tragedy of that moment was the most important thing to us as directors in the third act. That’s the real climax of the act.
Steve McFeely: Yeah, from jump street we always worked towards getting to: “I will sacrifice myself in order to reach my friend.” And so “end of the line” has been the line since the very beginning. And Sebastian nails it, it cracks him.
Chris Markus: Again, it’s about Steve trying to save his past.
Joe Russo: It’s the last thing he has left.
